Yes, of course you are eligible to apply for M.Sc Biotechnology course after completing B.Sc Microbiology. Those candidates who have completed Graduation in science stream are elgiible.

M.Sc. biotechnology is a 2-year course

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant must have passed in B.Sc., B.V. Sc. /B. Pharma with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) from recognized university. Those candidates have completed MBBS/BDS with atleast 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) are also eligible.

The admission will based on the entrance exam conducted by the respective university.

Entrance dates of M.Sc biotechnology will be held during the month March. So you can apply for apply for M.Sc biotechnology entrance exam during the month of Feb/March using offcial websit eof respective university.
