How to apply for the post of PO in SBI?
hello sir, my aggregate in 12th is 72%, in graduation (b.com) its 79%, and in post graduation(m.com) (1st year) is 70%, wanted to know how to go about applying a post in SBI.will be looking forward to hear back from you.

to apply for probationary officer you need to have CWE score card. you have to apply for its exam first which you can apply after your degree and through valid CWE score card only you can apply for PO in SBI

For apply in the SBI PO all the details are given below: Eligibility criteria: Graduation from any stream with 60% (For Gen/OBC Candidates) or 55% (For SC/ST/PWD candidates) Age Limit: For Gen/OBC candidates (Minimum age limit is 21 yrs and Upper age limit is 30yrs) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit to Reserved category candidates Upper age is relaxable by (1) 3 years in the case of OBC candidates. (2) 5 years in the case of : i) SC/ST candidates. ii) Ex-servicemen (including Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers) who have rendered at least five years continuous Military Service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or /on account of physical disability or have been released on account of physical disability attributable to Military Service or on invalidment iii) Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu and Kashmir between 1st January, 1980 and 31st December, 1989. (3) 10 years for VH/OH (Gen); 13 years for VH/OH (OBC) and 15 years for VH/OH (SC/ST) candidates. SELECTION PROCEDURE : (a) Phase-I Written Examination : Combined duration 3 Hrs. (Objective & Descriptive Type Tests - Max. Marks - 250) The duration of objective type test will be 2 hours max. marks 200 and will consist of : i) Test of English Language (Grammer, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.) ii) Test of General Awareness, Marketing & Computers iii) Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation iv) Test of Reasoning (High Level) (b) Phase-II : Group Discussion & Interview : Max Marks - 50 (GD - 20, Interview - 30) The aggregate marks of objective and descriptive test will be arranged in descending order and the candidate who have qualified in both the written tests will be called for group discussion and interview depending upon the vacancies in each category, subject to maximum of 3 times of the vacancies. (c) Final Selection The marks of group discussion & interview will be put together to make the final merit list for the selection of the candidates. You should be a graduate in any discipline form a recognised University with at least 50% marks within the age of 21 to 30 years of age to be eligible to apply for P.O.(Probationary Officer) in SBI.
State Bank of India conducts examination for Probationary Officer in regular interval according to the requirement. The selection of P.O. is through two phases:- Written Test comprises of Objective type questions on English Language, General Awareness, Marketing, Computers, Data Analysis & Interpretation and Reasoning and subjective type questions on English Language. Group Discussion and Personal Interview. |

for po post in sbi you need to write an exam conducted by sib every year and egilibility for it is gradutation an percentage of marks u have is enough for it and for it you apply it by online and next after selecting to the exam you need to attend for group discusions and later personal interview and if for the po post mainly you must be good in english speaking and general awaress and also you must have computer knowledge....
