Subject : how to apply for project

I am doing M.TECH in EC from tezpur university I want to do project from DRDO in VLSI please tell me how can i apply

DRDO [Defense Research and Development Organization] is an apex body working under Ministry of Defense which looks after different laboratories working in varied fields all over India. You need to contact the individual laboratories to make inquiries. For a detailed list of these laboratories including their name, Postal Address, Email and Contact Numbers, please see the file attached.
