In order to become a Judge one has to qualify the Judicial Service Examination conducted by the Public Service Commission of the respective States. To be eligible for the Examination, one must hold Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution affiliated to any University recognized by the State Government or the Central Government. Candidate must be Enrolled as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of advertisement for the examination. The age limit however, may vary from State to State. For instance the minimum age limit to appear in the West Bengal Judicial Service Examination is twenty three years and maximum age limit is thirty five years on the date of advertisement for the examination. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates of West Bengal, by 3 years for BC candidates of West Bengal and upto 45 years of age for Persons with Disabilities having physical disability of 40% and above and by 2 years for candidates who have been in Government service for at least two years.

The Examination comprises of three stages:

1. Preliminary Examination
2. Final Examination
3. Personality Test

There is no bounding on which subject you chose you just need to score 75-100 % to get admission in a law institute while some institutes claim required percentage to be 55% but it os good to maintain a margin.
I also want to do a law course and still i chose non-medical as my steram for 11th

You should chose arts/commerce and subjects important for this study is economics,political science and maths

How many years once the judge exam will be conducted

if some one is trapped in a fake case n then he is released (not punished) and then he pursues llb so can he apply for judge
