Dear Sir,

I would like to become a SI , So kindly requested you to advice me the criteria of the test.

My date of birth is 10-05-1981 and i completed EMBA.

U have completed Executive MBA its more than enough for becoming an SI,

your height must be not less than 167 cms

Preliminary Selection Test, a Physical Test and a Written Test will be conducted after submitting application form.

Preliminary Selection Test will be a long run of 5 kms which will have to be completed under 25 minutes.

For the Physical Efficiency Test,

Events qualifying time
100mts run - 15 secs
long jump - 3.80 mts
shot put(7.26 kgs)- 5.60 mts
high jump - 1.20mts
800mts run - 170 secs

There will be individual scoring for every event.

The last stage is the Written test which will have questions from English Language (General), Arithmetic and Reasoning (Objective type) and General Studies (Objective type).
