There are lot of people preparing for competitive exams.so your aim is not only to study but also compete with these people.So you have to give some additional inputs which are as follow-:

Consistent hard work
Divide your time for each subject
Dont be hard worker but try to be smart worker
check previous year sample paper
Improve your GK

Competitive exams as the name itself speaks, that you have to be Competitive enough. It means there should be a fire in your belly which should be alive all the time 24 hours.

There should always be a hunger for more in you. Only then can succeed in any of the competitive examinations.
As you may know that there are many types of competitive exams in our country, so you have to try which is your strength.
I would recommend you to sit and think about your strengths and only then can you realize your potential in it

After that you start your preparations in it. Be hard at yourself and do not waste time. Remember that time is a very precious resource. You have to utilized it in a very systematic and careful manner.
Then make up a time TABLE. Which should be uniform and that it should give equal times to all the subjects for that competitive exams.
Devote time for your health, god, routine, sleep and take proper needed rest.
Do not sleep more than 6 hours a day. It tends to make your lethargic.

Apart from that, I would suggest you to keep yourself away from all the distractions as they play a very strong role in getting your out of the track. So put all of them aside till you taste success.
Follow all these and you will surely BENEFIT !
