Hi, I saw a job posting of ITI Instructor which state that "Basic qualification is IIT/Diploma/d\Degree, Experience - duration of study period + experience = 5 years only. In this case how we should calculate experience if one has done Diploma followed by B.Tech? After completing 3 years of Diploma one completes 3 years of B.Tech degree via lateral entry scheme.
