Sir, I am studying B.Tech 3rd year Mechanical Engineering and after completing my B.Tech I want to became a Break Inspector in the Indian Railways. What are the requirements for girls to became a Break Inspector in Railways? Do I need to go through any entrance? And, what is the pay scale of Break Inspector in Indian Railways?

There is no such restriction over females to join Indian Railways as Brake Inspector. Hence, both males and females can be recruited as Brake Inspector.

Age limit defined for Brake Inspector recruitment is 21 to 30 years.

To get recruited as Brake Inspector, entrance exam is conducted as per requirement by State Public Service Commission.
