Yes you are eligible to apply CA course after completing M.Com course. Based on you are bachelor degree course it will decide that you are directly eligible for Intermediate course or not. The candidate who are more than 60% marks are directly eligible for Intermediate (IPPC) course.

ICAI Eligibility Criteria:-

~Should have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent examination organized by a State Board or a University
~Applicant must be a degree holder in any discipline from recognized university.
~ Minimum 55% marks needed for Commerce stream graduates and
~Minimum 60% marks needed for Other stream graduates.
