Hi, I am very much interested in doing Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree course. So, could you please tell me how can I do so? How should I apply and when should I apply? What is the application charges? And, is there any entrance to get into CA?

For becoming a Chartered Accountant, you will have to go through these steps:

• CPT (Common Proficiency Test)
• IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course)
• Three years Articleship/Training under a Practicing CA
• FC (Final Course)

CA CPT exam has already conducted on 16 Jun 2019.

However, notifications of upcoming CA CPT exam 2019 of December are not yet declared.

Fees for CA CPT exam

• For center opted in India: Rs.600
• For center opted in Kathmandu: Rs.600
• For center opted in Abu Dhabi, Doha, Muscat, Dubai: USD 10

CPT or Common Proficiency Test is an entrance exam which is gateway to CA course.
