How can I apply for JMFC exam after passing LLB exam with 50%


i am passing l.l.b exa.in 50 parsent than ho can applay jmfc exa.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for JMFC exam with your qualification .

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class exam.

JMFC exam is conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC).

Eligibility criteria for JMFC exam are as under:-

-Educational Qualification required to apply for the exam is LLB degree with at least 55% marks and should have 3 years of experience as Attorney or Advocate.

-The age limit for JMFC exam is from 21 years to 35 years for Advocate or Attorney for general category,21 years to 38 years for OBC candidate and 21 years to 40 years for SC/ST candidate.

Selection Procedure:

Preliminary Examination (1 paper for 100 marks),

Main Examination (2 papers of 100 marks each) and

Viva-Voce (50 marks) .

Actually i have one year drop in BSLLLB Five year course. Please tell me am i eligible for JMFC???
