Since, you have completed Diploma in Electronics and communication, so you are eligible for Loco Pilot job in Indian Railways.

You have to appear for RRB Locopilot entrance exam that is conducted in two phases.

Firstly, you will have to crack Written Exam that will contain questions related to 11th and 12th standard of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

Then, after qualifying written exam, you will have qualify Personal Interview.

After qualifying these two stages, you will become LocoPilot trainee in Indian Railways.
