Yes you can get a seat in any branches in any colleges
First of all you can attend TS EAMCET Counselling
Then after you can attend Web option , choose best college in web option
After that you can wait nearly 20 days after results will be announced for the selected candidates list upload in website
You can download Admission Allotment order certificate
After that this allotment letter produce the your college , then you can join

After sometime I.e in a given time they will announce the results.
After announcing the results for the selected candidates and you can get the admission to the colleges which you have alloted.
Then paying the fee join in that college
