after llb passed , how can i get enrollment for practise

Just after getting the qualifying and getting degree of LLB, You can't enter to law profession as a practicing lawyer. You are required to enrolled yourself with State Bar Council to to appear the exam All India Bar Examination (AIBE). Once you crack the AIBE, You are eligible to practice in Law.

Eligibility
- You must have Indian Citizenship.
- You have completed the age 21 years.
- You must have qualification of Law Degree passed from a recognized university.

Enrollment Process of State Bar Council
- Visit the official site of respective state bar council.
- Fill the registration details and complete the registration.
- You will receive your Login ID and Password.
- Draw a DD to pay enrollment fees.
- Login and Enter the payment details.
- Now enter the qualification and other details.
- Upload the scanned photograph and signature.
- Click on "Final Submission".
- Print the filled application.
- Affix the photograph dully attested by Notary or Gazetted Officer on space provided in enrollment form.
- Prepare an Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/- complete it and attested by Notary.
- Prepare a two performa of character certificate dully filled by two advocates practicing not less than 5 years.
- Send enrollment form along with DD, Character Certificate, Affidavit and other documents to respective Enrollment Office of State Bar Council.
- After getting the enrollment form, Enrollment Committee will scrutinize the enrollment form.
- After getting approval, You will receive the Enrollment Number and Identity Card confirming the member of enrollment into a bar.

All India Bar Council (AIBE) Exam Pattern
- There will be a 100 MCQs from different 20 topics.
- Topics are divided into two categories namely Category I and Category II.
- Each topic from category I will comprises of at least 7 questions.
- Category II will have total 23 questions from at least 5 topics of that category.
- Exam Duration : 3 Hours 30 Minutes
- Negative Marking for any wrong answers.
