i have completed 12 and now i am joining in B com and then can i get a job in hotel management

No it is not possible to get a job after completing intermediate in hotel management. In order to get admission in hotel management, it is necessary to do a course in hotel management atleast a bachelor degree in hotel management, without just on the basis of intermediate it is not possible to get a job in hotel management.

A bachelor degree course in hotel management named as BHM, specially for candidates who wish to study hotel management, is a three year bachelor degree course in hotel management, it is a mandatory course, as without having a bachelor degree there is no point in getting a job in hotel management.

BHM stands for bachelor of hotel management, a three year undergraduate course for hotel management, followed by MHM master in hotel management, a post graduation course of two years is a master degree basically.

This above two mentioned courses are good to get a job in hotel management.
