I’m sorry to say that you’re not eligible for joining any other country’s army except the indian army. No army of the any country provides a quota of foreigners, they may take help in some of the advanced level teaching programs but being a nationality of south africa is the first requirement of the south african army.

You can jion the French Foriegn legion ! They accept any one from any country. Here in the US if you can immigate you can join after you get a grren card for 8 years then after you must be a citizen to stay in military' Try the French
