I have been employed oversea for nearly 9 years, had submitted HRD, AICTE attested document at that time. The attested document has been lost. So I decided to apply for a new degree certificate. When I check for their site, was for a shock. University has been derecognized. Now please tell me how I can get the same degree certificate issued & authorize by a recognised university attested by HRD & UGC?
