How can I give NDA exam after Diploma?


How can I give NDA exam after diploma? I am pursuing diploma in mechanical engineering. Someone please do help me out.

No.You are not eligible for NDA.National Defence Academy is conducted UPSC twice a year.

Eligibility
- You must be Indian Citizen.
- You must have passed 12th class in any discipline from recognized board for Army wing & must have passed with PCM as a main subjects from recognized board for Naval & Airforce wings.
- Your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years of the examination year.

Selection
- Written Test
- SSB Interview
- Candidates who qualify the written examination are called for the SSB interview.SSB Interview is the 5 day process.Candidates are eliminated every round of SSB.After successfully qualifying the SSB , Final merit list is prepared and candidates are selected as per their preferences.

Exam Syllabus
- Maths
- General Knowledge
- Current Affairs
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning

Important Dates
- Start Online Application : 20 June , 2015
- Last Date to apply : 17 July , 2015
- NDA Exam : 27 September , 2015

No, diploma passed candidates are not eligible to appear for the NDA examination.

The eligibility to appear for the NDA examination is:-
* Candidates must have passed or pursuing the 10+2 from the recognised board.
* Candidates age must be between the 16.5-19.5 years.
* Only male unmarried candidates.

So, you cannot appear for the examination. The examination is conducted twice in a year. For more information about the examination visit at the www.upsc.gov.in.

No, diploma passed candidates are not eligible to appear for the National Defence Academy examination conducted by the UPSC twice every year for the recruitment of the candidates in the defense services.

So, you need to pursue the B.tech after diploma degree to join the defense services. The eligibility to appear for the examination is candidates who have passed or appearing for the 10+2 and age between the 16.5-19.5 years are eligible.
