Changing the specialization after the graduation course is the wrong decision. If you are interested in fashion designing then you have to change it when after completing 12th standard. But, now It's too late. If you change the specialization now, It may create lots of problems during placement. So, I suggest you to continue, you are study usual commerce stream itself. There are lots of career options available after completing you are B. Com course. You may apply for the higher degree courses like,

Master degree after B.Com:-

-Master of Commerce (M.Com)
-Master of Arts (M.A)
-Master Business Administration (MBA)

Professional Courses after B.Com:-

-Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI)
-Institute of Cost and Work Accountant of India (ICWAI)
-Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI)
