To join IIST , you have to appear for entrance examination .

IIST Stands for Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology .

Eligibility Criteria :-

## The candidate must be Citizen of India .

Minimum Marks in 10th Exam or equivalent exam :-

## You should be completed 10th examination with 70% aggregate marks in your examination for General and OBC categories , while those who are belongs to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes and PD categories must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in your examination .

Minimum Marks in 12th Exam or equivalent exam :-

## You should be completed 10th examination with 70% aggregate marks in Physics , Chemistry and mathematics in your examination for General and OBC categories , while those who are belongs to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes and PD categories must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics , Chemistry and mathematics your examination .

Those who are appeared in the final year of 12th exam in 2012 OR appearing in the final year of 12th examination in 2013 .

Pattern of the exam :-

The examination is consist of Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics in their examination and the examination will be objective type questions .

How to Apply ??

The candidate can fill the application in only online and no other mode application forms will be accepted .

Cost of application :-

General and OBC candidates :- 600 / -
SC/ST/PD reserved categories :- 300 /-

This examination was already completed on 21/04/12 .

(a) B. Tech. in Aerospace Engineering
(b) B. Tech. in Avionics
(c) B. Tech. in Physical Science

to join iist , you have to appear for ISAT exam-

iist is one of the prestigeous institute in india which offers degrees in aeronautical in aerospace engineering. indias largest space research centre ISRO select the students from iisr for furthur training and experience. if u want to join iist,its really a great option. but dear,for this competition is very tough. every year thousands of students give the exam(ISAT),but there are only 156 seats avilable. so u need to work really hard. level of test is also not so high. just a bit of hard hard work,n ull surely succeed...
