Yes, You are eligible for Indian Air force just after completing your Intermediate examination. When you have complete your Intermediate examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects then you are eligible to apply for National Defence academy examination to Join IAF.

Well, to apply for National Defence Academy, there is no minimum percentage is required, just passing Intermediate examination is enough to apply.

If you have scored well then its good for you because your chances of selection will be high.

NDA Examination is conducted by UPSC, twice, to apply for this examination you must be unmarried and your age should between 16.5 to 19 years.

This year NDA Examination was already completed and if you are interested then please apply for this examination next year, the notification is going to be published soon in the month of December and after notification online registrations started.

You can apply for Indian Air force after graduation also with the help of AFCAT Examination, CDS examination and NCC Special Entry Scheme.
But After Intermediate examination, you can only eligible to apply for NDA Examination. You have to appear for the entrance test first and after that you can appear for SSB interview for final selection. If you need more details then check official website of UPSC.

Hi Aspirant

Yes you are fully eligible for the Indian Air Force exam as you are a 12th pass student with 70% so no doubt you can write the exam for the Indian Air force but for the Air force you have to write the National Defence Academy exam which is conducting by the upsc department twice in a year and you can apply for the exam ..

For the NDA Exam only unmarried male candidates are allowed and in the NDA Exam the Air force department also includes .The Female candidates are not allowed for the exam.

Eligibility Required To Apply for the NDA Exam:

> The Candidate should be pass in the 12th board exam

> The candidate should be pass in the 12th with physics and maths

> The Age of aspirant should be 16 to 19.5

> The Candidate should be a citizen of India

> Only Unmarried candidates are allowed for the exam
