Preparation strategy for ICICI Group Discussion and Personal interview:

Group Discussion:

>>Group Discussion is test of communication skills, how you behave in a group whether you listen to others or want to impose your thought on others. Communication skills plays a vital role. Whatever you say, say it clear and fluently. If none is willing to start the GD on a topic, take the lead and tell about topic to gain attention of interviewer.

Read daily newspapers about current issues, its advantages and disadvantages, for banks read banking and economy section of newspapers. Topics like NPA issues of Banks, Independence of RBI, inflation targeting etc are current topics for Group Discussion.

Personal interview:

>>It is the test of your personality. They way you speak, the way you sit, way you dress etc. You should have clear cut concept about your goals in life, what you want to achieve five years down the line, hobbies etc.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
