How can I prepare for IAS and OAS exam after completing computer science and engineering?

i have complited my b-tech in computer science &engg,now i am continuing mca,please guid me can i prepare for IAS& OAS exam?

now days there r many book are available in market,which becomes helpful to u.
or u can join the classes....such like 'STUDY CIRCLE' .....etc.
