How can I prepare for postal assistant and general knowledge exam?


hello sir my name is shahid sheikh
and i want to ask you a qustion
"how can we learn for the entrance exam of postal assistant and general knowledge " so what we can learn for exam prepration?

Postal Assistant Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

## The Postal Assistant Exam and Sorting Assistant Exam is conducted by the Department of Postal Govt. of India. To give this exam certain eligibility criteria needs to be fulfilled. They are as follows:-

## If you are interested to give this exam then firstly you need to be higher secondary passed out or its equivalent from a recognized school or institution. At 10+2 level it is important for you to score not less than 60% of marks in aggregate.

## For the reserved category candidates there is percentage relaxation. For OBC candidates it is 50% of marks in aggregate and the SC/ST candidates will have to secure minimum 45% of marks at 10+2 level.

## Your age should not be less than 18 years when applying for this exam. For general category candidates the upper age limit for giving this exam is 27 years. For reserved category candidates there is age relaxation.

## You need to know the local language of the State of the postal circle in question so that you do not face any communication problem when interacting with the residents of the postal circle concerned.

## It will do even if you have studied hindi at matriculation level or above and therefore you are quite well versed in this language. You can use this language as the common medium of communication since this is the official language of our country.

## Questions will be mainly objective and therefore conceptual type. The total time limit for the exam is 120 minutes and within this short span of time you will have to answer 100 objective questions of 100 marks each.

## Scheme Of Examination:-



## Cost of the application form is Rs. 50. Examination fee is Rs. 200 and it need not be paid by the SC/ST and physically handicapped candidates. Application forms for the exam will be available from the head post offices and other post offices in the postal circle concerned.
