There is no problem in pursuing same course in same subject again. You can pursue post graduation in sociology again.

The eligibility criteria for Master of Arts course in Sociology is that candidate should be graduate. You are already a post graduate, you can pursue this course.

Top Universities are:

IGNOU.

Delhi University.

JNU, SMU etc.
