Hello sir, My name is Shaik Afsar Jani and my date of birth in municipal record is 11-06-1995 but in my SSC certificate dob is 11-06-1997 and it was due to my parents fault. How can I change date of birth in Andhra Pradesh board?

It is not a big issue and will be corrected by following some of the steps :-

Visit the school or the state education board office along with municipal record and other record along with an application to get the correction in your SSC Certificate.

You will be provided the new certificate with correction but you have to pay some charges also for the correction.

You will have to write an application to your state board of education for change of date of birth in SSC Certificate. Along with application form attach proof of date of birth which is mentioned in municipal record. You can attach document which contains your real date of birth in municipal record.

Generally, board will take 30 days to process your request if all credentials are correct and you will receive new SSC Certificate with correct date of birth within stipulated time.

To change your Date of Birth in SSC certificate of Andhra Pradesh Board, you have to contact your school principal where you have pursued 10th standard. The school principal will ask you to fill the application form and pay the specified fee. They will send your application to SSC Board and it will process your request within 10-15 working days.

You have to approach your state board to rectify the DOB as mentioned your birth certificate.
You have to produce birth certificate, an affidavit and written add in local news paper about your real age to the state board.
Board will verify your documents and will change your DOB as per birth certificate and will issue a new SSC certificate to you.

After a long time it is difficult to change the date of birth in SSC certificate, you may affirm and declare the actual date of birth by an Affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate, then submit the said Affidavit with Municipal birth certificate to the concerned authority.

How to change wrong date of birth in SSC certificate of Andhra Pradesh board

My son actual date of birth is 03-04-2005 but due to some erroneus mistake we have mentioned as 03-04-2004 and same has been printed in mark list of ssc -2020 batch, for correction of the same i have sent a letter from school with affidavit and attested copies of birth certificate ,adhar card and other school documents to SSC Board but after so much time they replied that the copies to be counter signed by the District Education officer or by Deputy District education officer then only they will process it.
Now please suggest me how to approach the DEO office at Visakhapatnam.
