Sir I have passout 10th in 2017 & 12th in 2019. But in that marksheet there is slight spelling mistake of my surname. Done by teachers while admissions. Because the birth certificate was in Marathi , and my parents are uneducated so they cant read that's why they didn't saw that mistake. Now i am facing problems to create any documents. They saw your surname doesn't matches so do correction and bring for any documents creation

You can download the application form for name spelling correction from the website cbse.nic.in and get that submitted in your school with all the relevant and supporting documents. You can also get the form from the admission department of your school.

You can make affidavit by any advocate at current situation.
After you have to write to board for correction of your name as written in your 10th markshit...
