Once you had completed Your B.Sc Degree, you can take an entrance exam to get seat in M.Sc.
You can opt your subject in your case mathematics and get qualified in the entrance exam.
You can get seat in M.Sc in your preferred college.
Else you can directly contact college and get management seat
