My brother completed 10th in 2012 want to do a polytechnic diploma what course is suitable for him to get a government job

You can do Polytechnic Diploma after 10th. There are so many Polytechnic colleges in India.
You can get admission in government Polytechnic college after qualifying entrance exam which are conducted by Polytechnic colleges as, AMU Diploma,Jamia Millia Islamia Diploma,All India Polytechnic etc. Some threads in Polytechnic Diploma are:-
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Computer Engineering
Diploma in Electronics and Communication
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Diploma in Automobile Engineering etc.
You can choose any of Diploma course as suitable for you.
You can get government job after Diploma course by your hard work. There is no any scarcity of jobs but,scarcity of talent.

I have not get any rank from polytechnic common entrance test in AP after 10th completion, if possible to admission any private college in diploma course

Sir I am interested in repairing electrical goods .but I don't no which group suitable for my interest .if don't mind can you suggest me best group for me according to my interest
