i am a student of 3rd year mechanical engineering student of seemanta college of engineering ,orissa.
i want to earn money during my study of btech can u please tell me how to earn?

best option for earn money in study period is giving the tuition to lower class student.you may go for part time job in big bazaar,in restaurant..........
if you have a net facility then you will add with those site who will organize a competition and giving the prize to the winner just like career forum. in these type of game you will share your exprience and also getting information from the other members.................

you can earn money during your study by teaching in some coaching or becoming private tutor.

as you are in 3rd year so now you are able to teach your juniors.you can teach students of 1st and 2nd year of your branch.

you can also teach engineering mathematics to your juniors of any branch.

also you teach physics, maths to the students of class 10th, 11th and 12th class.

earning money should not be the main aim...first you complete your b.tech..money will run after you...if you want to earn money...the best possible thing now would be taking tuitions...and teaching guys of 11th and 12th..it will assist you...

Yes you can earn money simultaneously with your study. you can get some money for posting in this forum, just login into it.
Otherwise you may give tuition as a part time jobs or you may do some part time jobs like working in any book shop or any other shop.
As you are studying in Orrisa there you get many call centre, so if you have good communication skill then go for the call centre job.

Hi,

one way of earning money while studying is , by giving coaching to junior students whether school or college. this way you will improve you knowledge. another way is by working part time in food joints like pizza hut or any other outlets. working with these joints will be helpful if you are one of shy lots. this will open you up.

This is good to know that you have interest to earn while studying,but that depends on the situation and also your capability.
Yes there are many organizations like some social help forums, career related forums which assure you some scholarships.
You can also earn money while learning about many things..
These all depends on how you can manage your study with your other works.

Dear friend
i don't think it is right time for you to think about earing. You are studying one of the best engineering course and if you do good in it you have a bright future waiting for.
If you think that you study sufficient to make yourself in technical aspects then you can think about earning outside. Otherwise your earning and your Btech both would be a complete waste after you graduate from the college.
Anyways, everybody get problems and in the same way you could have problems.
If you are good in 12th class course ie PCM or you can make it good enough for teaching purposes then taking up one-two tuitions for 12th students or younger would be a good choice. There could be much more ways of earning money but you should choose the one which kills the least time. You can easily get a sum of 1500-2000 Rs for PCM only just by teaching 3-4 days a week.
If you want further more money then I won't suggest you to be indulged in earning money because it could harm your engineering course.

Well, u can start tutions in your free time like, weekends. Now-a-days students are crazy for the entrance exams like AIEEE, IIT-JEE, etc. so you can start tutions and earn good money.

as you will not get a lot of time for job because you are in 3rd year and you are in a vital stage of your career you have to work hard for your studies also.

In my opinion, in India it is really difficult to earn money while studying.

You can seriously try in some of the company which recuitis trainee on part-time basis of your expertise.

Or else if you are a computer savvy then go for data entry, freelancing jobs
Although it takes some time to get established, it will fetch good money on running for certain period.

There are a lot of good ways to earn money while studying... but do not make money the primary concern....

1. take tuitions for lower class students
2. work in a private firm lik pizza hut, which offer upto 100/hr
3. take up computer operating jobs in shops part time
4. do data entry works online
5. join a tuition centre as an assistant coach and help correctin papers n setting qs papers

You can earn money through the following ways:
