The very first thing you shoud do is a proper research of the company. You must know about their activities and products, its standing among the competitors etc. Basically, try to know about the company as much as you can. This will help you a lot in the interview.
You need to present yourself in a descent way. Try to listen to the interviewer and must not interupt before the interviewer is done. You should not speak very loud but need to be clear. You should have good communication skill and try to speak about yourself as long as they let you. In every interview, candidates gets space to talk about their experience, strengths and goals. Main thing in an interview is you have to maintain eye-contact with the interviewer throughout the interview, whatever questions he/she asks...It shows your confidence level . Dont set your mind as 'you dont know anything and his/her questions will be very tough so and so'. Be bold enough to face all the questions. Have a smile till the end of the interview and feel him/her as your best companion/friend. You will surely go through...All the best.

to be a master in spoken English u should do the following things regularily

1.learn 10 new english words daily

2.read small story books,magazines ,news paper daily

3.speak with your friends and also at ur home in english.

4. watch english movies

u can also join coaching center to improve ur speaking power.

Do not hesitate when you are facing an interviewer,just be confident and speak confidently.

Dear friend don't be afraid of interview the best thing you should have is communication skills and good vocabulary.

Never see here and there while giving interview look straight and into the eyes of interviewer and speak with confidence.

You can even practice it by standing in front of mirror and answering to your own questions.

In this way you will surely get succeed.

yes i do agree with you frend.eye contact resembles your confidence..but the person who has gone for the interview must the interviewer as his frend..because,usually..we have different body language at our frends..where as in interview..we must be very conscious about our body language....be comfort....frend

The main thing to be kept in mind while facing in interview that your answers should be very genuine to the interviewer . english doesn't matter much during interview. the english that you need during interview is only that you can easily express your views in simple terms and second thing is that in your english you are not using wrong words.these are the basic terms to be kept in mind while facing an interview.

For facing interviewers, I feel (experienced) certain things must be taken care cautiously.
- Smart dressing is absolutely essential. That doesn't mean to wear costly dresses, but means to wear clean, decent colored (preferrably blue or any feel good colors), ironed and good fitting dresses.
- It needs some practice to kill nervousness while entering the interview panel and maintaining good postures and gestures during the course of interview. Nervousnous is completely unnecessary.
- Many veterans say it is better to practice by speaking infront of mirror, as self review is the most efficient thing than anything else. First time, this practice will definitely evoke laughter. But in mean time this teaches you a lot.
- One of the most important thing is to be honest and to project you as yourself. Many interviewers like honesty and willingness to learn. Trying to answer on your own or trying to adapt immitated personality traits will definitely spoil your image.
- Finally, try to learn yourself and try to be strong in the field of interest. That's it!
