How to find percentage using SGPA and CGPA?
Hi sir, How can i calculate my B.ed percentage from Bangalore central University using
SGPA marks are 1st sem :- 7.54 2nd sem. :- 9.21 3rd sem :- 9.42 4th sem 8.75 But My CGPA in result sheet is showing 6.43. Is it correct CGPA or |

For converting SGPA to percentage, you shall use the formula as given below:
(SGPA * 10) – 7.5 = Percentage. For conversion of CGPA to percentage: CGPA * 9.5 = percentage As per your SGPA, percentage marks is 7.54+9.21+9.42+8.75 = 34.92/4 = 8.73*10 -7.5 = 79.8%. CGPA = 79.8%/9.5 = 8.4 Hence, the CGPA you are telling is incorrect. It shall be 8.4. |
