Sir, I have completed my regular 3 years Computer science Engineering Diploma from government polytechnic college in Delhi in the year 2009 which is affiliated to Board of Technical Education, Delhi. Now I want 12th class equivalent certificate as I want to apply for 12th pass government vacancies. how can i get the certificate

As you want to apply for jobs after 12 standard than you will have to submit 12 class certificate and no other qualifications other than that will be excepted ,you will have to look for some of the pot in government that fits your educational criteria
You can gi for your bachelors degree after the diploma program nd can then apply for the post that are available after graduation

Student of 10th standard direct get admission in diploma engineering and spend their 3 years duration other side 12th standard required 2 years only.

So as result diploma engineering students can get the 12th standard equivalent certificate just completing their 3 year diploma engineering.

Not only certificate of 12th arts only but you will get the 12th standard equivalent certificate for the admission of Bsc BCom BA you'll get full access which gets 12th standard science student

Diploma course is equivalent to 12th after 10th you can do 3 years of Diploma engineering.
