How to get admission in IIT after scoring 695 rank in GATE?


hi i got 695 rank in GATE 2013 and my gatescore is 656..
i belong to OBC category..
do i have the chance to get the admission in IITs if so please list wat r they....

With a rank of about 700 and belonging to OBC category, you have a good possibility of getting admission to M.Tech. degree course in Old IITs in the slightly less popular specialization of your engineering discipline but you will get top specialization in 2nd generation IITs. Also, you can get admission in the topmost NITs with a rank of under 700.

For more specific answers in terms of specializations you can get at different IITs based on your GATE score and GATE rank, you can post a new query mentioning the discipline of your engineering degree and GATE paper.
