i am not qualified by 1 mark in pgecet .what are the chances to get admission

PGCET is Post Graduate Common Entrance Test for admission in master's degree course like Master of Business Administration in business Schools of Karnataka. As you have mentioned that you have not qualified in this exam, there is no chance of getting admission in any college.

Candidates who qualify the exam and obtain good rank in exam become eligible for counselling process and admission. You can apply for next year exam and crack it to get admission in good colleges.

PGECET exam is held separate by all states like AP PGECET is for Andhra Pradesh state and TS PGCET is for Telangana state .
*** If you are not qualified in PGECET exam, chance of getting admission in government college is nil. You can apply for private college admission.
