How I can get admission in Railways engineering college after intermediate? Is there any exam is required for the same or what has to be done?

Selection to the various engineering branches of the Railways is done through an Engineering Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Dholpur House, Shah Jahan Road, New Delhi. Through this examination candidates are selected for various government organisations e.g Military Engineering Services, Ordinance Factories Engineering Services, Central Engineering Services etc. and also for the Railways.
