I really appreciate your aim that is to be selected in a Bank right after the completion of your Graduation. Remember, for getting selected in any good Bank you are definitely required to do lot of Hard work. IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is the major Exams conducting agency, releases several notifications every year. To be get selected in a Bank, you are required to follow some procedural steps that fetch you to get job. Firstly get good command over,

(#) - Quantitative Aptitude Section (Numerical Ability)
(#) - Reasoning
(#) - General English
(#) - Computer Knowledge
(#) - General Awareness

The selection process of IBPS PO, and Clerk recruitments is Tier1 followed by Tier 2 and Interview. If you get selected in Tier 1, you will then be called for Tier 2 (Main Exam) and later for Interview based on the marks scored in Tier 2. Remember, selection iby any bank is made only on the basis of Merit. So make sure, you secure good marks in written examination since selection of a candidate in any bank depends on Written (Online) Marks. Since you are willing to get bank job in this year 2015, I suggest you to start preparation at least now onwards on the above mentioned topics. If you are good at all the above topics, and perform well in Interview I can assure you that you will be selected in a good bank for sure.

So you have to clear the exam conducted by IBPS to get into bank job.
There are two type of post

To get a bank job in public sector banks, you have to give the examination conducted by IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel Selection). It generally conducts common written exams and interviews for various posts like Clerk, PO, Officers, Office Assisstants and Specialist Officers.

The eligibility required to give this exam is any degree from recognized University with minimum of 21 years and maximum of 30 years for general category, however there is age relaxation for reserved category candidates as 3 years for OBC Category,5 years for SC/ST Category and 10 years for PWD Category.

From 2015,IBPS announced there will be change in its exam pattern it conducts exams in 2 Tiers as Prelims and Mains and the syllabus for both the exams remains same as Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning, General awareness with special reference to banking industry, Computer knowledge and English.

As you are final year student, you can start your preparation right now, firstly make a time table and start to give online mock exams because exam is conducted through online mode and time management is the key factor to get through these exams, make a habit of reading newspaper daily, this will improve your G.K as well as English.

Apart from IBPS, SBI with its associates conducts its own exams for recruitment of various posts like Clerk, PO.The eligibility required to give these exams is any degree from recognized Universty with minimum of 21 years and maximum of 30 years for general category candidates. There is age relaxatio for reserved category candidates as 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD Category.SBI fixed limit on the number of attempts given for each category as 4 attempts are allowed for general category,7 attempts are allowed for OBC and there is no limit for SC/ST Category. The examination consists of various topics like Quantitative ability, Reasoning, G.K,Marketing,Computer awareness and English.
