i got 59.1 in 10th ,65 in diploma,74 in b.tech(cse) ................but i m not got job in mnc till now ...........because i got 59 % in 10th (hbse board).............n almost mnc want 60% througout.............plz tell me how m get job in mnc

ya off-course MNC wants 60% aggre throught the study...it shall be so dissapointing for you friend...but dont worry friend...i will give a new way of cracking through the MNC with great salary package...

it doesnt matter how many marks u will get in 10th
u had a good marks in btech.
try to get another chance in mnc .i am sure u will qualify

You Will Not Get The Job Yet In MNC's Because, To get Jobs In MNC You have Scored 60% Marks from Your 10th Class Onwards, Thats Why You Are Suffer From Jobs.

But, It does Not Mean That You Will Not Get Jobs, You Have Scored Good Marks In Your Graduation. So, Please work Hard, Definitely You will Get Jobs.

So, To Get Jobs, Please Work Hard On Your Week Points, Concentrate In Your Communication Skills And Improve Your Interview Skills. To get Jobs In MNC Was Not Easy, You need To atleast 1 year Experiance Of Jobs. But As A Fresher You will Only Get Jobs, If You Have Good Communication Skills And Good Knowledge.

So, Keep Work Hard, Definitely You will Get Jobs In MNC's One Day, So Please Dont Loose Your Hope, Just Work Hard.

hello there, getting a job in MNC's all of a sudden and at an instant of your wish will not happen definitely because of your 10th marks but since there is solution to every problem ,then too yours but you need to prove your mettle .Improve your skills in your working place ,develop your communication skills and if any senior member of your work group or other MNC get an eye on you because of your potential or skill ,then you are the lucky one, maintaining a good conduct at your current workplace will be fruitful as with working hard and one thing have good contact with your boss , you never know when you may get recommended and finally have faith.

To get a job only percentage is not a criteria, also develop communication skills, positive attitude, knowledge of your engineerning subjects and good dressing sense, also develop your resume with the help of an expert and highlight your strength and skills

i scored good marks in my academics.81% in 10th, 80% in 12th, and 78% in my college.my age group peoples are get placed. but iam not.what can i do? i am not able to clear aptitude test of numerical reasoning,but all other verbal and non verbal i can solved. and also i cant do well in GDs.tell me something

i completed my 10th class in the year 2000. After that i discontinued my studies and again started studying in the year 2005(intermediate 80%) B.tech (2007-11 68%). now i'm searching for job. Am i eligible to get a soft ware job ?

at the age of 24 i use to work with standard chartered bank bangalore, but my actual interest is computer hardware and networking, so i left my job after 1and a half year. after i did CCNA. after doing CCNA i could not find any job for myself all my efforts went in vain.so i joined jetking to learn Hardware and networking. Now i am 28, and dont know what to do?
Age criteria of MNC's are frustrating me out. can anybody guide me what to do?
My hardware and networking course will get over by next two months. please suggest me...

dear friend,

Maximum software company want 60% in through out in career .

Some few software company allow 50% above criteria like WIPRO, SYNTEL ,HONEYWELL etc.

So you are eligible for WIPRO, SYNTEL ,HONEYWELL because your 10 th marks is just below 60%..

Also you are eligible for .NET and PHP company so you can contact those company.

Better option for you to go for higher study like JRF ,SRF,MBA,M-TECH,MS,PHD etc.

i have 54.22% in 10 2,60% in bsc(It),&i am doing mca.i am in 3rd sem.i have 78% in mca yet.am i eligible for mnc?for which mncs i am eligible?

The most important thing what companies look for are the skills required in the corporate industry......you may have the technical skill and satisfy the percentage criteria.....but still if u r not placed then u should think..!!!

All u need is some training in the skills that are required for some one to prosper in the corporate world!!! there are so many organisations that are born to bridge this GAP of fresher and corporate world....just try developing the skills and then see the difference....and then see why u wont get placed!!!

Sir i am moving off the topic but do need a suggestion that 10th-89%, 12th- 68% and engg.- 5.96 (i.e less than 60%)
now with this acad if i go for some good b school(other than iims as i cant make it) on bank loan ,then could i be allowed for appearing the campus placement in good b schools as i have heard all the good mnc's ask for 60% through out.
