How to get a job for PhD holders in Organo Metallic Chemistry from India?

Am doing my PhD in Organo Metallic Chemistry and now am in final year. I'm about to complete my PhD soon. I am so interested doing job at NASA. I'm from India. How to get a job in NASA for PhD holders in Dept. Of Chemistry?
