My husband is from Rajasthan, we live in Maharashtra i want non creamy layer certificate for my child, his cast certificate is from Rajasthan. Please, guide.

OBC non Creamy layer certificate can be taken only if you and your total annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum.
Now if you fulfill the above criteria, than you can apply for OBC non Creamy layer certificate.
You have to approach district commissioner office or sub sub divisional magistrate office for certificate issuance.
