JEE Main and JEE Advanced will not take you to abroad after you qualify them.

However, if you qualify them then you can get admission to IITs and NITs.

During placements, you can bag lucrative offers from MNCs that can drag you to foreign locations for job offers.

Hence, after getting admission in IITs and NITs you will have to prove your best for getting your placement in top companies.

You can appear for JEE Advanced only if you have qualified JEE Main Exam earlier.
