How to get a seat in OU while studying civil engineering


GIam studying civil engineering in Govt. Polytechnic wgl. I want to seat in o.u.so what is the elegible rank to get seat in o.u. I am going to attend e-cet exam in 2013-2014

et got 61791rank.may I get seat in osmania in civileengineering
