How to get transfer certificate and provisional certificate after passing 12th exam held in April, 2019? And, is any of these certificates is required during admission Arts Colleges for BA?

Both transfer and provisional certificates are required during admission in Bachelor of Arts for a 12th passed candidates.

Generally, these certificates are available in your school after 30-45 days of declaration of results. You need to visit your school from which you have appeared for board exam and ask for these certificates.

Provisional certificate is a certificate which provides a proof that you have completed your class 12th from the specifiic school.
Nowdays if you have original marksheet then mostly no need of provisional certificate.
Transfer certificate not needed to take admission at graduation level.
