Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc IT course. Bachelor degree holders in CS/IT or related subjects can apply. Selections to the course in most cases are offered through entrance exams. Universities carry out own entrance test for selection. DAIICT, MLSU etc conducts entrance test for selection. Website of the concerned university contain adequate details.
