Yeah sure, you can join Indian Air Force after completing 12th standard with 50% marks.

You can join Indian Air Force through NDA(National Defence Academy). Every year UPSC(Union Pubic Service Commission) conducts NDA entrance exam for recruitment of aspirants in following defence wings..

-Indian Air Force
-Indian Army
-Indian Navy


Basic Eligibility to Indian Air Force by NDA Exam:

~~ You should be 12th passed in Science stream with PCM subjects from recognized university/board.

one can join Indian Airforce after XII by giving the exam for NDA which is conducted by U.P.S.C Twice every year.You have not mentioned your branch in Class XII which is of great importance since the eligibility criteria is different for all.........

percentage required for NDA exam is pass from a recognized board or school,hence you need not to worry about the percentage and see if you satisfy the other eligibility criteria

yes you are join the indian air force in 12th standard with less than 55% marks.

There is no minimum percentage required to eligible for the indian air force.

To join the indian air force first you crack the NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Service. This exam conducted by the union public service commission twice in a year.

Exam pattern:-
paper i is mathematics of 300 marks
paper ii is the general ability divided into two parts:-
part A is english of 200 marks
part B is general knowledge of 400 marks
so total 900 marks
