Hi, I am pursuing degree in Computer Science Engineering and I want to know the steps I should follow to join Indian Army. Could anybody please guide me how and what I need to do to join Army? Any entrance?

There are two schemes through which you can apply for Indian Army jobs during Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering.

>>The first scheme is called University Entry Scheme. Candidates in third year of engineering can apply for UES scheme and candidates are shortlisted for SSB based on percentage of marks till last semesters.

Apart from UES, you can apply for Technical Graduate course. After completion of course, you can apply for Combined Defence Services exam.

Candidates in the final year of bachelor degree are eligible to appear for CDS and other recruitment examination on the basis of bachelor degree qualification.

So, if you are in the final year of course. You are eligible to appear in the examination.

Candidate after qualifying in both stages of examination will become eligible for final selection as an officer.
