You said that you are doing a job in company. You have two ways for doing MBA those are correspondence MBA or regular MBA . If you want to do regular MBA, We can do either after completion of graduation or after getting minimum two or three years working experience. If you are doing job in Good Company with good salary, dont leave that job and get a working experience. Maximum all top level B-Schools consider working experience and give a some points for admission. If you want to apply for regular MBA, You should take MBA entrance exam. If you want to apply for MBA Entrance exams, You should satisfy eligibility criteria for MBA entrance exams. If you have a minimum 50% of marks (45% of marks for SC/ST )in your BBA, You can eligible to apply for MBA entrance exams. If you want to go for Correspondence MBA, You have to do after completion of your BBA. |

Re: How to join MBA after completing BBA?
MBA is Master of Business Administration. There are many good institute which offers both regular and correspondence MBA courses.
You need to take the entrance examination conducted for the admission in MBA programs. Some of the exam are: 1)CAT, 2)XAT, 3)GMAT,etc. The eligibility criteria for appearing in the examination is to score 50% marks in bachelor degree. You can definitely go for MBA this year only. MBA is a very demanding course but since you are already employed in a company where you can gain work experience i would suggest not to leave your job. You can keep working in the company for some period of time and gain the work experience and then go for MBA. Some of the colleges provides points during admission to those who have work experience. |

Re: How to join MBA after completing BBA?
Hi,
First decide whether you want to do corrcsondence MBA or regular MBA. If you are aiming to work in government then they will ask you regular MBA else if you want private company to join then MBA correspondence will be good. So MBA colleges keep entrance test, there are many exams of MBA entrance are MAT, PGCET and many others so you will have to pass and get the merit seat or you can go for management seat as well, in external it's very easy whenever you want take admission and appear for exam by studying on your own. |

Re: How to join MBA after completing BBA?
After BBA I think you should go for MBA if you are interested in corporates. It will be better to first have an work exp of 1-2 years it will add on while facing the interview for MBA admission and for afterwards too.
Otherwise take a break of one year and prepare for CAT or similar type of examination and aim to get admission in top 10 colleges of India that will only serve the purpose of getting reputed job. If you want to go in teaching than you can go for M Com then purse your Phd or appear for UGC Net. Other then this CA, CS, ICWA, CFA are futher options. All the Best........ |

Re: How to join MBA after completing BBA?
You are eligible to join MBA course soon after completion of BBA course. But the thing is you should have scored a minimum of 50% of marks in your BBA course to be eligible for the Entrance Exams that give admission for MBA course.
You have mentioned like you are doing job on the basis of your BBA course. What I suggest you is that, Opt for MBA course this year itself if the job is not that much important for you or the job is not in a top company. If the job is in a top company and if you feel that there is a good career scope for you in the job that you are doing now, then I suggest you to opt for MBA course in Correspondence. The reason being you will get 2 years of industry experience by the time you complete your MBA course. The following specializations would be a good choice for you in MBA course. MBA in Finance MBA in Accounting MBA in International Business MBA in Retail Management MBA in Marketing Management Choose the Entrance Exam as per your interest and have good preparation for the same. Wish you all the best. |
