I have completed my Intermediate (12th). Now, can I join Para Commando directly? If not, then how can I become eligible for Para Commando Officer posts? And, what is the physical fitness requirement?

Yes you are eligible. I tell you all about the para commando :
Eligibility :
You have to complete the 10Th & +2 or any equivalent examination.
AGE LIMIT:
Your age should be between 18 to 23.
PHYSICAL:
** you should be a indian citizen.
**Your eye sight should be 6/6.
**Your height should be Minimum of 157 cm.

HOW TO JOIN:
Firstly you have to appear in NDA examination. After that SSB interview and at last medical test.

PHYSICAL TEST INCLUDE:
Physical Test

1. 5 Km Run 20 Mins

2. Chin Up 14

3. Push Up 40 reps in 1 Min

4. Sit Up 80 reps in 2 Mins

5. Mtr Shuttle 17 times in 01 Min
