How to make correction in Wipro's online job application form?


I have got letter of Intent from Wipro. Now I have to upload my certificates. But I have wrongly entered my tenth and intermediate registration numbers thinking of admission numbers in my CAM Form. How should I correct it now? How to convey this to them? How will they react? Do they cancel my job offer?
