You should make the time table according to your home environment.

Make the time table according the times when other people are taking rest, so that you can study in a calm atmosphere.

Keep yourself stress free while studying.

Make easy and understanding notes.
Give time to question practices in your table.

Get up early in the morning if possible for you.

If by chance you unable to achieve the target for one day then achieve it next day.
